Vladimir Kuvalja (born 20 June 1977) is a Yugoslavian road racing cyclist. He won his country's National Championship five times from 1993 to 2012, with pauses of a few years in between victories.^[1] He was in a National Team of Yugoslavia, Republic of Srpska and the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kuvalja family is in cycling since 1963, his father Tihomir Kuvalja and uncle Tanasija Kuvalja are one of the founders and promotors of cycling in Banjaluka.

Kuvalja`s is 1.87 m (6 ft 1 in) tall and weighs 82 kg (179 lbs). He was the youngest rider ever to start Tour de Serbia and (Finish) Tour de Vojvodina at the age of 16.
