State Road 211 (SR 211) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Florida. It runs from U.S. Highway 17, SR 15 Roosevelt Blvd it proceeds to North via Ortega Blvd until SR 211 leaves Ortega Blvd for Grand Ave then going over the Old Ortega River Bridge becoming San Juan Ave heading west until the intersection of Herschel Street begins SR 128,& continues heading west on San Juan Ave . - From 1932 to 1950 this route was the original of U.S. Highway 17, Before Roosevelt Ave ( now Blvd) was built .
- From 1950 to 1972 it was signed U.S. 17 - A before the Roosevelt Spur was built .
- the Part from Post St to the Acosta Bridge was added in 1994
- Riverside Ave begins / Ends at St Johns Ave which is SR 211 & they go 19 blocks side by side before St Johns Ave ends into St Vincents Hospital . & 211 is forsed to moved up to Riverside Ave .
