Stuart School of Business (often just Stuart) is an academic unit of Illinois Institute of Technology. It was founded in 1969 with a gift from Harold Leonard Stuart, an alumnus of one of IIT's predecessor institutions.

The School offers highly interdisciplinary programs in conjunction with deparmtments like Finance, Design, Enviromental sciences with the objective to prepare future leaders who can work with diverse teams. A combine knowledge of business with Design, Engineering, Enviromental Sciences helps makes effective decision

Ranking

Stuart is ranked 7th Best MBA in Chicago area.[1] Recruiters ranked IIT last in every academic concentration except quantitative analysis, where the school finished fifth.[2] Alumni ranked it third in risk management (after the GSB and Kellogg), but last in marketing, accounting, management and organizational behavior. MDes/MBA: 2-3 Years program hosted jointly by the Institute of Design and Stuart School Of Business featured on Business Week's 2006 best D schools survey.[3] Stuart boasts the 11th ranked Finance/Financial Markets program in the world as ranked by Global Derivatives magazine, and was featured on Business Week's 2004 B School Survey as a 2nd Tier School in "Also Considered Category"

Full Time MBA

IIT Stuart offers many options for you to tailor a course of study that closely supports your interests and career goals. You can earn an MBA with one or two concentrations in 20 courses, or if you decide not to pursue a concentration, you may complete your degree in 16 courses.

Accelerated MBA

Unlike most MBA programs, which require 3-5 years of work experience, our Accelerated One-Year MBA is a focused, fast-paced program tailored for recent graduates of U.S. colleges and universities. This unique approach supplements traditional text-based learning with innovative classroom approaches, case studies and hands-on projects. Students seeking a more specialized education also have the option of enrolling in the Honors track, which requires a total of twenty courses and leads to a concentration in either Marketing or Financial Management.
