Penn Valley Park is an urban park overlooking downtown Kansas City, Missouri. It contains two famous landmarks: The Kansas City Scout Statue and the Liberty Memorial, the United States' official World War I museum. The Federal Reserve's new regional headquarters building is located just south of the park.
