Built in the 1960s as Saskatoon's first enclosed shopping centre, it has undergone four major expansions over the years and now houses approximately 90 stores and services, anchored by Zellers and Safeway. It also contains a 18-hole miniature golf course, Ticketmaster booth, and as of Fall 2006, a 6 bay City of Saskatoon transit terminal. It is a major regional mall for the area, and is also frequently used by residents of the many seniors homes and facilities in the community.
