Joseph Liu Xinhong is is the Bishop of the Chinese Patriotic Catholic Association diocese of Anhui. He is a member of Chinese Patriotic Catholic Association, schismatic[1] Catholic church established in 1957, not in communion with Rome. However pope excommunicated him in 2006.
