Željka Čižmešija is a Croatian retired figure skater who competed internationally for Yugoslavia. On March 7, 1990, at the 1990 World Figure skating Championships, she became the last figure skater to compete a compulsory figure in international competition (David Liu having previously become the last male skater to do it). Both she and Liu receieved certificates about their achievement.[1] Competely, she placed 22nd at the 1988 Winter Olympics
