Isabella Hofmann (born December 11, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American actress.

Hofmann performed with the comedy troupe The Second City before breaking into television in 1986.

Among her various roles, from 1988 to 1992 she played "Kate McCarron" on the NBC television sitcom, Dear John and "Lt. Megan Russert" (seasons 3-4) on the dramatic television series, Homicide: Life on the Street.

She is married to actor Daniel Baldwin with whom she has a son.
