Template:Planetbox begin Template:Planetbox star Template:Planetbox orbit Template:Planetbox character Template:Planetbox discovery Template:Planetbox end HD 164922 b is a water jovian extrasolar planet orbiting around orange dwarf star HD 164922, located in Hercules constellation at a distance of 71.5 light years from Earth. It was the first long period saturnian planet discovered. Its inclination is not known, and its true mass may be slightly greater. Radius and temperature are only speculative. The angular separation between the companion planet and host star is nearly 100 mas. The planet also has a low eccentricity, unlike most other long period extrasolar planets – 0.05 – about the same as Jupiter and Saturn in our own solar system.
