May 3, 2008 - First Tambayan Philippines Chat commenced using Yahoo Messenger. April 1, 2008 - The Kapampangan Wikipedia has reached 5,000 articles with Lasetas. March 11, 2008 - Tagalog Wikipedia has reached 16,000 articles with the creation of Pandaka pygmaea December 24, 2007 - Tagalog Wikipedia has reached 15,000 articles with the creation of Pasko sa Pilipinas. December 19, 2007 - Tagalog Wikinews has been conditionally approved. November 24, 2007 - Bikol Wikipedia has been approved. October 20, 2007 - Tagalog Wikipedia has reached 10,000 articles with the creation of Bantayan, Cebu. August 6, 2007 - A second proposal to establish the Hiligaynon (Ilonggo) Wikipedia has been resubmitted. Please contribute your input here.
