In any case, whoever keeps removing the information about the split is accusing the Diaspora team of advertising on this page when he himself is clearly editing the facts to suit his interests. [[User:Blowfishpro|Blowfishpro]] ([[User talk:Blowfishpro|talk]]) 23:29, 12 October 2008 (UTC)

Okay. I'm editing the previous section instead since the last one seems to be a bone of contention for 76.124.12.181. Since I know who is behind those edits I'm going to tell him to respond on the talk page rather than simply deleting or reversing it.

Summary of Video games WikiProject open tasks:

Team breakup and new projects

Why does any mention of the fact that the team has split keep being removed? That is certainly factual information and it would be dishonest to allow the Beyond the Red Line team to continue to represent themselves as the one which won the awards mentioned when few members of that original team remain on their staff. Several pages about computer game companies include information about break ups and splits (Pages like Volition,_Inc. and Black Isle Studios come to mind). --Karajorma (talk) 20:59, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I certainly agree. Including a short sentence or two about the split (especially such a major one) happening can hardly be called advertising. LtCannonfodder (talk) 21:16, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe this edit will be more suitable. No mention of the new project and instead a mention of exactly how it affects BtRL instead. --Karajorma (talk) 21:18, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The edit by 68.49.45.115 was clearly by a 3rd party editor. Besides you having broken the Three-revert rule rule twice now, you can hardly blame a neutral party for advertising. Nor can you blame it on advertising when you remove factual information that had no mention whatsoever of the new team, but simply mentioned the split. -- Mt zhate (talk) 22:33, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I made the edit. I am 'General Battuta' in Hard Light; I am not a member of the Diaspora team and I was (and remain) a big fan of Beyond the Red Line. I just thought the factual information would be useful here. 128.135.137.148 (talk) 23:18, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In any case, whoever keeps removing the information about the split is accusing the Diaspora team of advertising on this page when he himself is clearly editing the facts to suit his interests. Blowfishpro (talk) 23:29, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
