Medion Akoya Mini

Medion Akoya Mini (E1210) Netbook is the OEM version of MSI Wind manufactured by Medion AG, Germany, designed to be sold in the European mainland.

The Netbook is preloaded with Microsoft Windows XP Home operating system and is customised according to the country where it is sold by the manufacturer.

Major hardware differences in comparison with MSI Wind are:

- 0.3 megapixel camera
- No Bluetooth device
- No RAM module soldered onboard
- Wireless 802.11 n

This single memory slot can handle a maximum capacity of 2GB DDR2 PC5300 SODIMM RAM.

The onboard embedded Intel GMA950 can simulate display resolutions up to 2048x1536 when connected to a compatible external display monitor.

This netbook is also marketed by Aldi and Gamma [1] markets in various parts of Europe.
