Olaf Amundsen (1876 – 1939) was a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party. A district stipendiary magistrate by profession, he was Minister of Justice in the second government of Otto Blehr. The government sat from 1921 to 1923, but Amundsen resigned on 24 August 1922. He consequently served as County Governor (fylkesmann) of Nordland fylke until his death in 1939.
