Benjamin ("Ben") Robert Hawes (born 28 July 1980 in Brighton) is an English field hockey player who plays in midfield or as a half back.
Competing for England and Great Britain at numerous tournaments, he represented Great Britain in Field hockey at the 2004 and 2008 Summer Olympics (captain). He has 120 caps representing England and 64 caps representing Great Britain as of 11 August 2010.
He is an elected member of the British Olympic Association Athlets Commission.
