Franck Matingou (born December 4, 1979) is a Congolese football player who, as of 2004 was playing for SC Bastia.
He was part of the Congolese 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished bottom of their group in the first round of competition, thus failing to secure qualification for the quarter-finals.
After a short trial at Scottish Side Dundee United, he was returned to his club when a transfer fee was demanded & subsequently released by SC Bastia in September 2006 to return once agin on trial at Dundee United under the watchful eye of the unknown Craig Brewster.
