tej leo(?), Rx / pharmacists is officially the first Ted Leo and the Pharmacists album, although, for the most part, only Ted Leo and Jodi V.B. of The Secret Stars worked on it. Accordingly, it is much different from every subsequent TL/Rx release -- a good portion of the songs are instrumental, and most sample other songs, such as U.T.F.O.'s "Roxanne Roxanne" and The Fugees' "Zealots." The track "(version: to decline to take a shower)" consists of Leo singing The Secret Stars' "Release Form" while showering.
