Monica MacDonald (born 5 May 1967) is an Australian former ice dancer. She was a seven-time champion at the Australian Figure Skating Championships.

With partner Rodney Clarke, MacDonald won four consecutive national titles, beginning in 1985. The duo competed at the 1988 Winter Olympic Games, finishing in 20th place. They were the first Australian Ice Dance team to medal in an International event finishing in 3rd place in Olomouc. In 1989, she paired with Duncan Smart, and the duo won the next three national titles. MacDonald is the mother of competitive single skaters Chantelle Kerry who competed in the Inaugural Youth Winter Olympic Games and Brendan Kerry who competed in the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi and of Lillian Yan.[1][2] She currently coaches singles and ice dancing in Australia. MacDonald is also an ISU Technical Specialist.
