This band enjoyed some success - mostly in [[Holland]] -during their brief tenure together. However, most critics agreed that they were merely trying to emulate [[The Cure]], albeit not quite as good. While recording the album [[The Head on the Door]], The Cure also tapped another Fools Dance member, Ron Howe, to play the saxophone for the track "A Night Like This".
