The University of California, Riverside Sloan Center for Internet Retailing is the world's leading university research center dedicated to improving the effectiveness of online retailing.

The Center is housed at the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management and is directed by Donna Hoffman and Tom Novak achieves its goals by 1) fostering an academic community that engages in direct interaction with the Internet retailing industry, 2) conducting original research that has a real and positive impact on business practice, and 3) educating students to serve as managers and researchers devoted to addressing the Internet retailing industry's challenges.

The UCR Sloan Center is the home of eLab 2.0, the pioneering virtual research lab and online panel for the study of online consumer behavior.
