Garmsar (Persian: گرمسار) is a city in the Semnan province in northern Iran. It's location is: latitude 35° 13' North; longitude 52° 20' East (82km southeast of Tehran). It lies on the edge of Dasht-e Kavir, Iran’s largest desert. Most people commute to Tehran to work. Mandolak is one of the tourist centers of Iran which is located in Garmsar. It had an estimated population of 68,234 in 2005.
