Elizabeth Letts is an American author originally from California and currently makes her home in Pennsylvania. She is also a certified nurse-midwife. Letts attended Yale University and served for several years in the Peace Corps. Her books include Family Planning (NAL/Penguin) and Quality of Care (NAL/Penguin).
