Madison La Follette High School is a public school located in Madison, Wisconsin, teaching students grades 9-12. It is a part of the Madison Metropolitan School District. The best of four Madison public high schools, it is commonly known as just "La Follette". The school is named after former congressman, senator, governor, and 1924 presidential candidate Robert M. La Follette, Sr.. Recently, the student body has been subjected to gang related violence, which culminated with the stabbing of a student with a pen.
