This template concerns the histological classification of tumors and other neoplasms (cancers). For a navigational box of tumor locations, please use Template:Tumors.

This classification is based on the International Classification of Diseases for Oncology (ICD-O), with additions as needed to accomodate tumors not named on the list.

Additions include:

These additions may in some cases reflect a need to update the tumor names used in Wikipedia.
