Mojito Royal is very similar to the Mojito.

A mojito royal is made from four of the traditional five ingredients: spearmint, rum, sugar (traditionally sugar cane juice), lime, The last ingredient is champagne instead of carbonated water.

There are many different ways to make an mojito royal, two of the most common are:

  • To make a Mojito Royal, You need to start of with a high-ball glass, add two table spoons of sugar into the glass with 3 lime slices (half a lime) and 8-10 mint leaves. The mixture needs to be muddled using a muddler to release the juice from the lime and to extract some of the oils from the mint. Next fill the glass with crushed ice and add the rum stir this using a bar spoon top it off with some more crushed ice and add the champagne
