Leandro Desábato is an Argentine football (soccer) player, currently playing for Estudiantes de La Plata, after a stint in Quilmes and a season playing on loan for Argentinos Juniors.
In a Copa Libertadores 2005 match, Desábato allegedly hurled a racist insult towards São Paulo's player Grafite. Desábato was arrested after the match (see Argentina and Brazil football rivalry). [citation needed]
