Georg Wadenius (also known as Jojje Wadenius), born May 4, 1945, in Stockholm, Sweden. Made a big name for himself during the 1970s and 80's as one of the most in demand session guitarist/bassists in the world.

After appearing on a number of Swedish hit records he relocated to the United States, where he became a member of then supergroup Blood, Sweat & Tears from 1972 to 1978. In 1979 he opted to quit the band and instead joined The Saturday Night Live Band on television. He stayed on until 1985 and has since then worked for many of the world's biggest names as a session player and touring musician, among them Steely Dan, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Dr. John, David Sanborn, James Brown, Marianne Faithful, Kent, Paul Simon, Joe Thomas, Dionne Warwick and Luther Vandross.
