The racial makeup of the CDP is 89.93% White, 3.77% African American, 0.10% Native American, 4.51% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.44% from other races, and 1.25% from two or more races. 1.50% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
