Amanda Brunker (born Dublin, Ireland 1973) is a former Miss Ireland winner and current columnist for the Irish 'Sunday World' newspaper. After attending Mount Temple Comprehensive School she turned to modelling, eventually entering and winning the Miss Ireland competition in 1991. She went on to represent her home nation in the Miss World Competition in Nigeria that same year without success.

Since then, she has continued modelling, acted in a film 'Head Rush', had a cameo role in the now cancelled Irish soap 'Glenroe', been a nightclub hostess, presented her own late night TV show 'The Dinner Party' and is currently a journalist/social commentator for the 'Sunday World' newspaper.

She lives in Dublin with her partner, Philip O' Loughlin and their two sons, Edward and Setanta. She is currently working on a novel, provisionally entitled "Champagne Lifestyles".
