Hey Maxim, revisited, hid my resolved comments, duly supported. Nice work. The Rambling Man (talk) 12:33, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Help Wiki

Hi, I'm not sure if you know this already but Help Wiki was shutdown and at my request AGK has given me the xml data for all the pages so we don't loose our hard work. At the moment I'm still thinking over what to do with the content but I think incorporating it back into Wikipedia is the way to go. Unfortunately I don't think the CC license used is compatible with the GNUFDL(its the no commercial restriction in the CC license that is the problem). Anyway if I am going to incorporate that pages back into Wikipedia I'll need you to release your work under the GNUFDL, just something like "I agree to release my work under the GNUFDL" will be fine. If you have any other suggestions or comments feel free to tell me them. --Chris 12:03, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

HHOF

I would offer to copyedit but I'm afraid I'm way too familiar with the subject. Have you managed to find anyone else? I would hate to see the FAC fail after all your work. --Laser brain (talk) 04:30, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Scarian (talk · contribs) has done some copy-editing, but feel free to help out more; after all, this is a wiki, right? :-) Maxim(talk) 21:29, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dispute about Russian

Hi -- I'm involved with WikiProject Central Asia. There is a current conflict between two editors regarding Russian naming conventions. I don't know the whole scope of the conflict, but (some of the) relevant discussion and links are here: WikiProject Central Asia talk. Could you take a look? This needs someone who can read Russian (unlike me). Thanks! Aelfthrytha (talk) 22:41, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I can probably help out a bit, but I need a more direct link, as if I search around an unfamiliar page, I'll have tough time finding the issue. Maxim(talk) 22:59, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Could you go and check and tell me if this image was basically a mugshot?

Thanks! Geo Swan (talk) 22:54, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No... it was a very small image. Not encyclopedic. Maxim(talk) 22:58, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
