Charlie Evans currently serves as the head of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Illinois. As president and CEO of the Chicago Fed since September 1 2007, he is a member of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC). The FOMC formulates national monetary policy under the leadership of Chairman Ben Bernanke.
