This poster image is fair use; although the picture is originally copyright, I feel it is covered by fair use because:
No free or public domain images have been located for this film.
The image is of lower resolution than the original poster (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the film in any way.
For an article about a film, the promotional artwork is arguably one of the most important images that could be included. This is the artwork intended for wide distribution. As such, it has future historical significance, and is a more appropriate choice than any other image available.
Its inclusion in the article is important because it suggests something of the film's style.
This image is used on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is. The poster is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original film in any way.
Not replaceable; film posters are always presumed non-free.
Licensing
This image is of a poster, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher or the creator of the work depicted. It is believed that the use of scaled-down, low-resolution images of posters
to provide critical commentary on the film, event, etc. in question or of the poster itself, not solely for illustration
Please add a detailed non-free use rationale for each article the image is used in, which must also declare compliance with the other parts of the non-free content criteria, as well as the source of the work and copyright information.
To patrollers and administrators: If this image has an appropriate rationale please append |image has rationale=yes as a parameter to the license template.
