JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc., NasdaqJOSB (commonly pronounced "Joseph A. Bank"), is a men's clothing designer and retailer founded in 1905 and headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland \ Baltimore, with corporate offices located outside the city in nearby Hampstead, Maryland. As of June 2008, it has over 400 retail locations[1][2] in the United States, in 42 states and the District of Columbia. The exact name of the company as specified in its corporate charter is, in fact, JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc.[3] including the unusual abbreviation of the name Joseph with the S capitalized.

Its clothing products, which bear the company's label, are targeted at affluent male professionals and come in several different lines: the basic Business Express and Executive collections, the midrange Signature collection, and the top-of-the-line Signature Gold collection. There has also been a limited release called the Joseph collection put in a few stores recently. Its clothes, which include suits, shirts, ties, and sport coats, are manufactured by outside suppliers to company specifications.

JoS. A. Bank also provides tailoring services at many of its locations, and operates seven outlet stores, where it sells excess merchandise at reduced prices.
