Tura River (Russian: Тура́), also known as Dolgaya River (Long River), Russian: Долгая) is a river in the Sverdlovsk Oblast and Tyumen Oblast in Russia. It is a left tributary of Tobol. The length of the river is 1030 km. The area of its drainage basin is 80,400 km².

The Tura River is navigable within 753 km from its estuary. It freezes up in late October - November and stays under the ice until April - first half of May.

Its main tributaries are the Salda, Tagil, Nitsa, Pyshma.

The cities of Verkhnyaya Tura, Nizhnyaya Tura, Verkhoturye, Turinsk and Tyumen are located on the Tura River.
