The Imperial is a pair of residential towers under construction in Mumbai that are set to jointly be one of the tallest skyscrapers in India upon completion. This building(s) is about 240 meters high

Dilkhush Elavia, Manager, SD Corporation headed a team of three from Mumbai who are aggressively marketing apartments in the twin towers of “The Imperial.” This sprawling complex of 200 flats is already changing the skyline of the metropolis and boasts of apartments starting with 3 bedrooms of 2500 sq ft up to duplexes of 10,000 sq ft with private swimming pools. Forty minutes out of the airport, these luxurious towers are expected to be completed in 2009 with as much as 55% sold privately before the opening. What remains will be thrown open to the Indian public and NRIs to attract clientele of the highest profile.[1]
