Cypraea maculifera (Schilder, 1932)

Mauritia maculifera is a species of sea snail, a cowry, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Cypraeidae, the cowries.[1]

Description

The shell size varies between 28 mm and 89 mm

Distribution

This species occurs in the Indian Ocean along Chagos and the Seychelles.
