Che with vertical stroke
Appearance
Che with vertical stroke (majuscule: Ҹ, minuscule: ҹ) is a letter of the Cyrillic alphabet used in Azeri and Xantman. It is pronounced as the J in the name Jessica, [d͡ʒ]. Unicode encodes it at codepoint is U+04B8 (U+04B9 for minuscule).
Tajik and Khakas use the similar letters Che with descender (Ҷ) and Khakassian Che (Ӌ) for the same purpose.
