career

In 1985 he took his degree from School of Drama. 2 years later his first film released Oru May Masapulariryil.After that he worked in lot of films with Directors like Kamal,Shaji Kailas,Sibi malayil,VijiThampi,etc... But when he wrote the script for Devasuram the Complete structure of Malayalam_Cinema changed. The audience experienced new phase of heroism. Mangalasherry Neelakantan the hero of Devasuram is still remains in the mind of the people in kerala. Mohanlal the most gifted actor for ever time in Indian_Cinema made this character remarkable in the Celluloid. After the Success of Devasuram he joins hands with Shaji Kailas and Mohanlal to produce Films like Aram Thampuran and Narasimham. Both of them are Mega hits. Narasimham broken the all the Collection records.Script of the Aram thamburan is still remains as the one of the best film Scripts in Malayalam.Renjiths script ,Shaji kaila’s Direction, Mohanlal’s acting-There is nothing more than this Combination for Malayalie!!.After huge success as a ScriptWriter he turned to Direction. His first directorial venture Ravanaprabhu[second part of Devasuram]), won the award for best popular film On that year. After huge success of Ravanaprabhu he directed film Nandanam. He got lot of appreciation and award for this film. This film breaks the boundaries between the commercial cinema and art cinema. After those films he directed mizhirandilum , Black_malayalam and Chandrothsavam.Now he is working with Mammootty (another gifted actor for Malayalam) .
