Charlton Mill is an historic mill at 109 Howe Street in Fall River, Massachusetts.

The mill was built in 1911 and added to the National Historic Register in 1983.

It was the last granite mill constructed in Fall River. The mill provides a marked contrast to earlier mills by its extreme width (154') and large windows. Early plans included a second spinning mill to be located to the west of the present buildings.[2]
