Plot

The gang observes that "Ugly Naked Guy," who lives across the street from them, is packing up to move out. Ross, who has lived in Joey and Chandler's apartment since his botched wedding with Emily, wonders if he should try to get Ugly Naked Apartment. He, Rachel and Phoebe visit it, and Ross is enthralled, but while he goes for an application, the girls see Chandler and Monica doing it up against the window of Monica's apartment. (Phoebe: "Oh, my eyes!!") Rachel tells her that it's okay, everyone knows now except Ross—who needs to continue not knowing. This leads Phoebe and Rachel to bounce up and down ecstatically when Ross returns, successfully distracting him from the window view.

Joey is relieved to know that almost everyone knows; he's been keeping the secret since The One With The Kips. However, Rachel and Phoebe want revenge; they're irked that Monica and Chandler have been secretly having sex for the better part of a year, claiming to be "doing laundry, or going grocery shopping, or—" (Phoebe gasps) "—all that time Monica spent on the phone with Sad Linda from camp??" Rachel: "Uh-huh. Doin' it, doin' it, phone-doin' it." They decide to mess with Monica by actually saddling her with laundry whenever she runs off with Chandler, but when Chandler himself walks into Central Perk, the plan rapidly evolves into having Phoebe flirt with him. This confuses Chandler to no end, especially since Monica doesn't believe his reports.

Ross has discovered that Ugly Naked Guy is subletting the apartment himself. Thinking to get ahead, Ross sent over a bribe in the form of some mini-muffins, but they are rather outclassed by the pinball machine and the mountain bike that other people have sent along; Ross explains that somebody once sent mini-muffins to work, and everyone loved them (Chandler: "Your work makes me sad"). Rachel tells Ross to get to know Ugly Naked Guy himself, which leads to the Friends watching Ugly Naked Guy make a new friend: Ugly Naked Ross.

Phoebe flirts with Chandler in Monica's hearing, leading her to theorize that she and Rachel know, a fact Joey unwillingly confirms. Chandler and Monica decide to turn the tables: they will call Phoebe's bluff until she's forced to back down. Chandler makes an uncharacteristically flirtatious phone call, which leads Phoebe and Rachel to theorize that he and Monica know they know, a fact Joey unwillingly confirms. But neither party is willing to back down, culminating in an excruciating and hilarious conversation between an unwilling Chandler and an unwilling Phoebe. Chandler, seeking advice from Monica, is told not to back down. Phoebe, seeking advice from Rachel, is told by Joey to show him her bra. In the end, when all that's left is for them to kiss, Chandler breaks. "I can't have sex with you." "And why not?" "Because I'm in love with Monica!" Audience: "Whoooo!" Now, everyone knows everything. ...Except Ross.

As the closing credits roll, Ross shows his new home, Ugly Naked Apartment, to his boss from the museum, Dr. Ledbetter. Ledbetter is sure that Ross has gotten over his anger management problem (see The One With Ross's Sandwich), and so is Ross... Until he happens to glance out his window. "No... No... What are you doing?? GET OFF MY SISTER!!!"
