Juliane Elander Rasmussen (born February 17, 1979, in Odder) is a Danish rower. She weighs 61 kilograms,[1] and is therefore in the lightweight class. She lives in Copenhagen.

2008 Summer Olympics

In rowing at the 2008 Summer Olympics (lightweight double sculler) in Beijing, Rasmussen and Katrin Olsen seemed for a long time to get the third place after Japan, but ended in second place, and were qualified for the semifinal.[2] However, they also got the fourth place in the semifinal (only the three best qualify for the final), and lost.[3] Their class was later won by The Netherlands.
