Martín Berasategui is a Basque chef and owner of an eponymous restaurant in Lasarte-Oria (Gipuzkoa), Spain.[1] The restaurant has 3 Michelin stars,[2] and was ranked 23rd in the Elite Traveler World's Top Restaurants Guide 2012.[3] The restaurant was voted 29th best restaurant in the world by Restaurant (magazine) in 2008.[4]
