Józefa Ledwig Bęben (born April 18, 1935) is a Polish former volleyball player who competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics and in the 1968 Summer Olympics.

She was born in Szerzyny.

In 1964 she was part of the Polish team which won the bronze medal in the Olympic tournament. She played two matches.

Four years later she won her second Olympic bronze medal with the Polish team. She played all seven matches.
