Andreas Kappes (born 23 December 1965) is a retired road racing cyclist from Germany, who represented West Germany at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California.[1] A track specialist as well, he was professional from 1987 to 2001. Kappes competed in five Tour de Frances, and obtained a total of 41 victories.
