Amy Hill

Amy Hill (born May 9, 1953 in Deadwood, South Dakota) is a Japanese-Finnish-American actress well-known to many children for her roles of Mrs. DePaulo in That's So Raven and the babysitter Mrs. Kwan in The Cat in the Hat as well as providing the voice of Jasmine Lee (aka "Ah-Mah") on The Life and Times of Juniper Lee. She also appeared as the grandmother on All American Girl and as Frank Costanza's Korean girlfriend on Seinfeld.

Trivia

  • She became a well-known and acclaimed actress working with the famed Asian American Theatre Company in San Francisco, California.
  • She was listed as a potential nominee on the 2004 Razzie Award nominating ballot. She was suggested in the Worst Supporting Actress category for her performance in the film The Cat in the Hat, however, she failed to receive a nomination.
