Wycliffe Sylvester Smith (born 18 December 1948)[2] is a Sint Maarten politician, former pastor and the current Minister of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports.[3] Prior to becoming minister he briefly served as a Member of Parliament.[4] From 1983 to 1989 he was the Lieutenant Governor of Saba.[5]
