I've got my ticket to the premiere on 27th November! Yay! I'm so excited 8-) chrisboote 13:15, 16 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Was it as good as expected? —Phil | Talk 09:43, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Even better than expected!
Michelle Dockery is an amazing Susan, Ian Richardson conveys DEATH's voive with compassion, confusion, saracasm so well, and Marc Warren is very very creepy and unhinged as Teatime
And this weekend, at the Wincanton Hogswatch Big Bash, we got to peer over the shoulder of Rod Brown's laptop at part 2

"Making of" special

The Radio Times website is currently listing "Making of Hogfather: The Whole Hog" to be shown on Sky One on 2006-12-10 between 8pm and 9pm. HTH HAND —Phil | Talk 09:43, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Saw episode one last night - they did a fantastic job. My only complaint? The "In tomorrows segment" was so long, they pretty much described all the major plot events for the following episode. Why on earth did they feel the need to show Death ging Hex its task???StephenBuxton 12:58, 18 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In March 2006, the production company, impressed by Discworld costumes seen at fan events, announced that fans with appropriate costumes would be offered the opportunity to appear in background scenes. This was announced by a fan on the Usenet newsgroup alt.fan.pratchett, and caused a flurry of negative posts, with some criticising the company for using fans as unpaid extras, and others questioning how much quality control would go into the costumes used. In the wake of this unexpected criticism, the opportunity was withdrawn.

Proof that many Discworld fans are humourless willies

The logo in the trailers isn't exactly the same as the one I used from the calender. If anyone can get a screen capture of it, that'd be great. Daibhid C 14:17, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
