Stojan Malbašić (Serbian Cyrillic: Стојан Малбашић; born 15 September 1959) is a Bosnian retired professional footballer and current secretary of the coaching staff of Bosnian Premier League club Borac Banja Luka.
He played for Borac Banja Luka in the Yugoslav First League, helping the club win the 1987–88 Yugoslav Cup.[1] In 1992, he was part of the Republika Srpska official football team.[2]
On 23 May 2016, Malbašić was appointed as the sports director of Borac Banja Luka.[3]
