Appaling conduct
Your conduct in the discussion about Kurt Weber has been appaling. You have repeatedly labelled multiple users including myself, and most notably, Majorly as trolls. You have frequently used insulting sarcasm and patronisation to get your point across. You have even attacked Majorly on his talk page. In general, you've been completely disruptive. Please refrain from such behaviour in future discussions, it's completely couter productive, and in already hot subjects such as this, downright immature. If you wish to continue your participation in the discussion, I suggest you do so in a calmer manner.--Serviam (talk) 16:01, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
- Calling someone a troll for trolling is not incivility, but merely stating the truth. I'm removing myself from that and related threads. If Majorly is wise he will do the same. Erik the Red 2 (AVE·CAESAR) 17:20, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
- Calling someoen a troll regardless of their actions inflames the situation massivly. It's about as tactful as telling someone everyone else thinks they're weird. It's rude, and I thought nearly everyone was mature enough to know this. Evidently I was wrong.--Serviam (talk) 18:05, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
- I called Kurt a troll, but the difference is, he is one. I'm not (or at least nowhere near as bad as him). Majorly talk 18:59, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
- Majorly, please be mature enough to disengage yourself from that discussion. The community was tired of my rants, and I am sure they are just as tired of yours. Erik Proxy-Connection: keep-alive

- Majorly and Erik, please both read Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#His talkpage and take note of TOAT's comment there. I would hate to see either of you blocked over this. DuncanHill (talk) 19:12, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
- I've already withdrawn myself completely, I'm just waiting for Majorly to reciprocate. Erik the Red 2 (AVE·CAESAR) 19:14, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
- I think it would be wise indeed if you were to refrain from reference to Majorly – by word or deed, implicit or explicit – for the next little while. Let Majorly handle his own affairs; there's no need for you to comment on whether or not he's reciprocating your withdrawal. TenOfAllTrades(talk) 19:25, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
Basicly what the guy says is true, there were Jewish councils in the Polish ghettos that took orders from the Germnans. Read Judenrat by Isiah Trunk, it is an excellant historical account of Jewish collaboration during the war in Poland--Woogie10w (talk) 00:37, 21 September 2008 (UTC)
It is a moot point now, my discussion entry deleted. Apparently this subject still remains historically obscure and something of a sore spot for many. 68.9.24.234 (talk) 12:09, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
messed up edit to Jimi Hendrix
I'm not sure what it was you were trying to do here, but the result was that nonsense was added to the article, so I reverted your change. Beeblebrox (talk) 18:14, 21 September 2008 (UTC)
Odd signature breaking
It seems like your unrelated posts are added weird content into mine. Check it out. Here it is a second time. Not sure what to make of it. Are you using an external editor or something? It isn't a big deal, but I was almost 100% certain that you didn't know you were doing it. Protonk (talk) 22:26, 21 September 2008 (UTC)
- Weird. I definitely didn't realize I was doing it. I was just editing with Firefox; now I'm using Safari to see if the browser makes a difference. Erik the Red 2 (AVE·CAESAR) 23:00, 21 September 2008 (UTC)
Bizarre diff
Hi Erik, not sure what caused it, but this diff [1] is very odd indeed. DuncanHill (talk) 01:56, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
- See above... I'm starting to think that it is my internet connexion rather than the browser that is causing the problem. Tell me if you see anything else weird. Erik the Red 2 ~~~~ 02:00, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
- OK, will do. DuncanHill (talk) 02:03, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
Hello
The Resilient Barnstar | ||
I've seen your activity on evolution-related pages. I understand I was a little harsh on you previously, and I'm sorry. As we'll be working in close proximity on those pages I think I'd like to put that little episode behind me :-) Serviam (talk) 16:04, 22 September 2008 (UTC) |
- Thanks a lot! I kind of overreacted there- Kurt is a touchy subject for me. Erik the Red 2 ~~~~ 22:01, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
Removing reports from AIV
[3] - Did you look at their contribs? They basically nominated every small Linux distro for speedy deletion. Not exactly vandalism, but certainly not constructive contributions. Mr.Z-man 22:54, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
- Not a blockable offense. They were not warned, as far as I can tell, and so were not doing anything in violation of warnings. Having a radical deletionist POV and exercising it (nominating the world for deletion) is not vandalism per se. Erik the Red 2 ~~~~ 22:59, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
Your sig
Hey, um per Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/-Ril-, you may want to remove the ~~~~ from your signature, as it could be confusing. Just wanted to let you know. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 03:40, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think that it's an issue, as it includes my username and tiles in different colors, unlike Ril's, which is just standard, black tildes. Erik the Red 2 ~~~~ 12:47, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
- That's cool, I figured I would just let you know. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 01:27, 25 September 2008 (UTC)

- Thank you for your recent participation in the AFD which closed with a snow result of Keep. Unfortunately, the nominator is not content with this consensus and is now proposing that the article be merged. Please see discussion. Colonel Warden (talk) 20:55, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
Editor Review
Hey, thanks for that :). I'm definetly going to take those pointers to heart, although i'm not currently looking for any kind of admin rights; my current tasks (and there's a long, long list of things to do) don't require them. It's still nice to get affirmation that i'm doing the right sort of thing, especially from someone who opposed my previous RfA (and kudos, btw, on your attitude to the whole userboxen thing; i note it's come come up one SoWhy's RfA now too). Ironholds 01:16, 25 September 2008 (UTC)
- Oh god. Don't get me started. Thanks for the kind words, Erik the Red 2 ~~~~ 01:53, 25 September 2008 (UTC)
RE: Family tree of the Greek gods
Hi. This is somewhat ironic, but 83.226.64.212 (the IP who's edit you reverted back to mine, and left a comment with) is me. The family tree is still incomplete, I didn't have time to finish it. But tbh, it was just way too incomprehensible before. But the thing is, now that you've reverted it, it doesn't even include any of the Olympian gods, which is a bit silly. --Yenemus (talk) 09:40, 25 September 2008 (UTC)

My RfA
Thank you for supporting me in my RfA, which passed with a count of (154/3/2). I appreciate the community's trust in me, and I will do my best to be sure it won't regret handing me the mop. I am honored by your trust and your support. Again, thank you. Happy editing! –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 17:49, 27 September 2008 (UTC) |
You win
You were the first to mention Bob Dylan. You win a barnstar. Of course, there is no barnstar. Unless you want to plaster one here your-fine-self :-). Thanks for your contributions to my talkpage EtR, be well :-) Keeper ǀ 76 21:58, 30 September 2008 (UTC)

Sorry about that
that was a complete accident and I did not mean to delete your comment on the ANI board. I actually replied to it after your re-posted it. --Einsteindonut (talk) 23:30, 30 September 2008 (UTC)
- Ah, don't worry about it. We all make mistakes. :) 00:13, 1 October 2008 (UTC)
RfA opposition
No matter what anyone else says, this will always trump any other oppose as the most epic of all time. "He would make a great admin, it's just so suspicious!"
Image of the flying spaghetti monster
Hi. I'm user 80.30.243.29, (also user 3coma14 in spanish wikipedia and wiki commons). Don't trully understand the reason for the deletion of the picture; I thougt it was relevant (maybe you don´t, but it was'nt in any case an experiment) :-O ¿Do you have any especial criteria or policy to decide when pictures are appropiated? Sincerely, don't understand the problem... Beg you perdon if this message may sound too rude. It's only because my english is not as good as it should. :-) --80.30.243.29 (talk) 13:20, 2 October 2008 (UTC) Hi again, I decided to create my own page here in the english wikipedia (it's free) XD --3coma14 (talk) 16:03, 2 October 2008 (UTC)
- It might have been relevant, might not have been, just an image was inappropriate in that place, I think that it is a good image, and you should discuss it on the talk page of the article for where to put it in. Erik the Red 2 ~~~~ 23:46, 2 October 2008 (UTC)
