The Sacramento City Library is part of the Central branch of the Sacramento Public Library system.

Opened in 1918, the three story Italian Renaissance building faces I Street in Sacramento, California. The library was designed by Loring Rixford and has been added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. The Central Branch is adjacent comprising the Library Plaza.
