Drevja is a former municipality in Nordland county, Norway.

Drevja was separated from Vefsn as a municipality of its own July 1, 1927. It was merged with Vefsn again January 1, 1962.

The municipality was named after the river of Drevja (which comes from the lake of Drevvatnet). The name of the river is derived from the word drav n 'rubbish, waste', and the meaning is 'the river with unclean water'.
